How we got our name

 

 

Gibraltar is a British owned territory located on the most Southern Point of Europe, at the entrance to the mediterranean and connected on its northern side to Andalusia, Spain.

 

Gibraltar is unique and magnificent land mark with it's rock and cliffs stretching skywards some 426 meters, although it measures less than six square kilometers in total.

 

At the foot of the rock you will find the city area which is home to around 30,000 people.
